Phone Tracker & GPS Locator provides location sharing, location history, saved places, battery status, sharing code, profile, notification, and SOS features for people who choose to connect with trusted contacts.

Depending on the features you use and permissions you grant, we may collect:
- Location information: current location, location updates, location history, place names, saved places, geofence or place alert settings, and location update time.
- Sharing information: sharing codes, connected member relationships, whether a place or location is shared, and sharing status such as whether location sharing is enabled or paused.
- Device and app information: device identifier, device model or hardware details, app version, operating system details, battery level, push notification token, network request metadata, and diagnostics needed to operate the service.
- Profile information: display name, avatar, account or installation identifiers, and locally stored profile preferences.
- SOS and notification information: SOS trigger details, related location when available, and notification event data such as arrival or departure alerts.
- Support information: email address, message content, and attachments or context you provide when contacting support.
3. Permissions
Phone Tracker & GPS Locator uses the following Android permissions for this project. You can change app permissions in your device settings, but some features may stop working if required permissions are disabled.
The project does not declare camera permission. If you add or change a profile photo, the app may rely on device file or photo picker flows and a secure app file provider rather than direct camera access.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide live location sharing between people who choose to connect.
- Generate, accept, and manage sharing codes.
- Display people, places, battery status, history, map views, and route or place details.
- Send SOS, arrival, departure, and location-related notifications.
- Maintain account, installation, and device sessions.
- Improve reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
5. How We Share Information
We may share your information in the following limited situations:
- With trusted contacts you connect with: location, battery level, profile name, avatar, shared places, and related update information may be visible according to your sharing settings.
- With service providers: hosting, analytics, crash diagnostics, push notification, mapping, and infrastructure providers may process information for us.
- For legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate misuse.
- Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or successor protections.
We do not sell your precise location information.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, and support ordinary business operations. Location history and sharing records may be retained while your account or installation remains active, unless deleted or no longer needed.
7. Your Choices
- Turn location sharing on or off in the app where available.
- Change or revoke location and notification permissions in your device settings.
- Remove connected sharing relationships or stop using sharing codes.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and you should only share location with people you know and trust.
9. Children's Privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. International Use
Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we take steps designed to protect information consistent with applicable law.
